This is our Artisan signature dish that we proudly claim to be the best in the land. This joint is cured on site in the traditional way. It is then carefully and slowly cooked for days until sufficiently moist and tender. Returned to the oven and lovingly glazed with our 50 year old Herterich family honey and mustard recipe, giving it its most beautiful texture and taste that simply cannot be beaten. It is truly delicious served hot or cold. We use only natural ingredients in our products. Also available in half size
