Carcass of Lamb
Here is a full Lamb carcass and as ever this lamb is locally sourced complete with tag numbers for traceability. We will cut the lamb to your specification and send directly to your door. A full carcass typically comprises of;
2 x Legs
2 x Loins (which can be prepared for roasting or butchered into individual lamb cutlets)
2 x Side and centre loins which are best cut into chops
2 x Shoulders which can be cut into chops or prepared for roasting by boned, rolled and stuffed if preferred.
2 x Lamb shanks
2 x Breasts of Lamb which can be boned and minced turned the most delicious Lamb bjurgers or ideal for a Shepard’s Pie.
