Leg of Lamb
This is a classic Sunday lunch that many of our customers savour. Once the preserve of Spring time this succulent and beautiful meat is now an all year round favourite. The Absolutely delectable sweet taste is best achieved by cooking slowly in the oven accompanied by some fresh seasonal vegetables. Why not ask us to bone and roll the leg for you and we will add some of our Herterich family secret recipe stuffing. All our Lamb is of course locally sourced in the midlands.
