The tenderest cut of the Pig. The filet is exceptionally lean and low in fat product. Very versatile it can be cut into sumptuous medallions or stuffed and rolled.
All our pork is sourced locally here in Longford. Our Pork is always fresh in store and the steaks are cut and stuffed by our butchery staff using our famous Herterich’s Family recipe delicious homemade stuffing comprising a combination of breadcrumbs, fresh herb and onions.
Of course we also use other secret ingredients that make it stand out from the rest but that would be telling! Truly a family favourite and is perfect served hot or cold.
