Stuffed Pork Fillet 600g serves 2-3

All our pork is sourced locally here in Longford. Our Pork is always fresh in store and the steaks are cut and stuffed by our craft butchers using our famous Herterich’s Family recipe delicious homemade savory stuffing comprising a combination of breadcrumbs, fresh herb and onions. Of course we also use other secret ingredients that make it stand out from the rest but that would be telling! Truly a family favourite and is perfect served hot or cold.
